All the people I served before became my FRIENDS since the first
minute. And they are still my FRIENDS.
Passengers transportation in
Ecuador is a business allowed only for enterprises. However those
enterprises called in Spanish cooperativas and compañias only provide
a kind of mass transportation. They are not ready to meet the foreign
tourist expectations. So far, almost nobody speaks other language than
Spanish. As separate chapter, Travel agencies and tour operators usually
provide transportation and bilingual guide as part of a scheduled pack of arrivals and
departures, lodging, visits, time for meals and so on. If you wish to feel free to
decide when to come and go, where to go or not, where to stop or not, extend
or shorten a visit, and so on; you can find the choice of being served by
people like me. Under certain terms and conditions.

You are agree to run a
relationship proper for friends, between you and me. So, at the instance of
questions from the police, transportation enterprises or Tour operators,
you will keep active participation to set up that relationship. Of course,
if your interests are affected because of me, you should feel free to ask
the participation of the local authorities.

You are agree to pay after each services or after a set of rides, to meet
what was spoken and decided between you and me before to be served.
There will not be any written contract nor down payments.

No official billing will be issued to meet your payments. However, if you have
your own forms to record and certify your spends, I will be agree to sign on them.
I can also give you a simple receipt with my signature, certifying what you paid
to me, which is not official and does not include taxes either.

In Ecuador, there is a wide discretionarily about when to tip and when not.
I will guide you about tipping at the different circumstances. If you don't tip me,
I will always be happy if you are happy about my service.

Local fare of yellow cabs is $US 10.00 per hour. My fares are the same,
wich is cheap considering I'll serve you with a more comfortable (SUV) car, my bilingual
assistance, and a bit of experience guiding you in several places and attractions.
Specific rides have specific fares. Let's see some examples: City tour$US40,
The Line $US40, City tour including Panecillo, $US45,
City tour including Teleferico, $US45, Papallacta tour $US130, Cotopaxi tour $US140,
Otavalo tour $US120.
